How do you figure - believe trading halt went into effect on 12/17 and Nasdaq indicated they were initially going to suspend/delist on 12/30 but KBIO appealed and then withdrew appeal and Nasdaq suspended/delisted on 1/13/16 so security was trading for 30 consecutive days before halt which was a requirement on exemption list.
And missed "desisted exchange-listed stocks" ref from yesterday so would appreciate a link because would like to learn about that too.
