VLNX - did you see that Robert Stevens has filed for and was granted custodianship of the VLNX shell
He apparently was still owed money by the ticker so he filed to gain control of the abandoned ticker in Clark County
Obviously with the ticker having been named in SEC and DOJ litigation against Gregg Mulholland there is no way Robert Stevens could possibly find a buyer for the shell so probably he is just looking to take his old debt and turn it into free trading stock to dump into the market.
Amazing he has the stones to even get back involved with VLNX again especially being that he was the one that sold the ticker to Mulholland in the first place. As many of Robert Steven's hijacked shells that have been used for illegal pump&dump stock manipulation schemes you'd think that the SEC and DOJ would have a bigger interest in him.
So far the ticker hasn't been reinstated but there is already some people taking notice of the changes going on with that old scam ticker
You know if the ticker ever does get reinstated there will be sheep herders showing up to start all sorts of false merger rumors to try to use to make some money off the backs of their followers despite the ugly history of VLNX.
