Well he might consider that his recommendation of Ondra wasn't exactly in the best interests of the company, nor in the best interests of all of us shareholders including, I'd like to think, himself.
And while Elliot Leary is probably a very good recommendation, it appears his company also has ties to competitors. So regardless of his qualifications, he doesn't really work.
I bet Woodford would agree with Linda now. Maybe he'll buy more stock as a way to apologize for the terrible recommendation of Ondra.
