Woddford's 180 million investment IMO entitles him to the most biased NW connected BOD member he wants, just as Linda has her appointees. They could have added him, then they could have added another BOD member with financial expertise, and then all of the law firms they wanted. A small price to pay for your largest and only investor over the last year.
