I disagree with your personal opinion about the FDA feelings about BIEL.

Because of BIEL's efforts in demonstrating that ActiPatch did not have a valid CLASS for a valid review. FDA hired qualified professionals to come up with a Classification for non-thermal devices.

This was a landmark decision thanks to Bioelectronic's efforts outside the US (Go to Bielcorp.com to see BIEL's magnificent developmental history). Major retailers, who are selling and promoting BIEI's products will also agree that this is a real company that has real products to treat chronic and acute pain without drug side affects.

FDA has no grudge against BIEL's management, but great admiration for staying the course to show how their products is a paradigm in the Pharama business world.
