Well that's good. He's being careful this time around not to get himself into trouble.

December 15 is a date, just like any other date then. The reality is that he's probably pissed FDA off so bad after running to the Senator last time around that they are going to make it very difficult on BIEL.

That's what I would expect if it was me. They went all in on the failed apps last time. Burned the FDA bridge. That's probably what the lawyers are for - to try and ensure BIEL gets a fair shake and is not tied to the last time around. They took their shot and missed.

It should be over soon. FDA does not forget. And regardless of what the data shows, they do and will hold grudges, particularly for a product that no one knows about and no one really needs.
