I don't know if we can intervene in the/an Appeal. I don't think so.

We were already denied intervention in the Anchor Litigation by Judge Block and the Court of Appeals also denied us intervention as it concluded it would be more correct to file a Law Suit against JPM when it receives the Award.

I am sure that there are " insiders " who are following the Court proceedings.

I don't think we should write again to the DOJ until we at least read its Brief/Arguments - to be filed by Jan 4, 2016.

The prominent LTW Holders most likely do have a future plan - however it is their way to be secretive so as to not have their plans posted/discussed on a public forum for JPM to read.
