I don't know if we can intervene in the/an Appeal. I don't think so.

We were already denied intervention in the Anchor Litigation by Judge Block and the Court of Appeals also denied us intervention as it concluded it would be more correct to file a Law Suit against JPM when it receives the Award.

I am sure that there are " insiders " who are following the Court proceedings.
