We would want the DOJ win the appeal to show a higher value. Do others think this would be a good time for LTW holders file again motion as a party of interest to this claim.

I would still like to hear if some large shareholder has a litigation team reviewing this on our behalf.

If no one knows of any shareholder that plans to fight for our interest in this claim - would this be a time to structure a good letter to the DOJ to show them they must consider our claim as party of interest. Just trying to be proactive without interfering if we already have a litigation team looking after our interest.
