The main company will stay with the SEC and in the US and on the OTC obviously.

For a while, probably yes, but I don't see any reason for us to stay on the OTC for long, but that was not my point. The point is of course that this new company will be listed outside the US imo, no SEC reporting and all that mumbo-jumbo time-consuming BS they have over there!

The separate company which will be set up needs a new BOD and a committee and everything else. You think they will find an entire new BOD within a quarter?

Why should this be an issue?? We already got a bunch of qualified ppl in Siat that could take a chair here! Add to that the all the people Bertil, FD and this guy in SJAP (forgot his name) knows....piece of cake, we already have this more or less in place.

They have been planning for a listing in Norway for quite some time.
Meaning they have already talked to potential bod members. There has been a dd process going on and nobody steps into a new company before the listing application/the set up of the company is in order.

This doesn´t mean that they haven´t talked to prospects. Talking to suitable prospects for the bod is a natural part of Arctics work in the listing process.
