This doesn´t mean that they haven´t talked to prospects. Talking to suitable prospects for the bod is a natural part of Arctics work in the listing process.

Why? If we would have listed as a whole as planned there wouldn't have been any need for a BOD so how can Arctic already did the search in the last few months when we thought we will list the complete company?

One more thing from the PR today. It says the shareholders will receive the "majority" of this spin off. How much do you anticipate? Because the majority is 51% as well if I'm not mistaken. How much will get taken away from us in your opinion?
