They have been planning for a listing in Norway for quite some time.
Meaning they have already talked to potential bod members. There has been a dd process going on and nobody steps into a new company before the listing application/the set up of the company is in order.

This doesn´t mean that they haven´t talked to prospects. Talking to suitable prospects for the bod is a natural part of Arctics work in the listing process.
