Didn't COR themselves acknowledge that only 8 of the thousands of shareholders replied, in their response. If they deemed those to be affected parties who responded, then the thousands of shareholders who may not be aware of the COR lawsuit should be notified so they can reply too. Just my opinion.
It is only relevant because of COR's response which implies the opposite. Otherwise no one would be sending letters. Fairly amusing. Misunderstanding on top of misunderstanding.
