Yup cor was supposed to notify ALL affected parties. Partoes that would be affected by the receiver, and they did not do that.

and yet that doesn't change the FACT that the court never ordered COR to notify shareholders of criminal enterprise CRGP

Didn't COR themselves acknowledge that only 8 of the thousands of shareholders replied, in their response. If they deemed those to be affected parties who responded, then the thousands of shareholders who may not be aware of the COR lawsuit should be notified so they can reply too. Just my opinion.
