NO it doesn't. An independent certified appraiser evaluated the asset. The appraiser would NEVER jeopardize its professional reputation to be part of a "shell game."
To me, any news that comes from a new company that has successfully done the Audit and filed S-1 with 40 million dollars assets and YET NOT ISSUED A SINGLE PR OR PROMOTION SO FAR is not only good news but admirable.
