This looks like a shell game if I ever saw one.
How can an upgraded blade structure be worth $40,000,000? Why do we not see the appraisal or who the appraiser is?
Is the inventor even alive still? This all seems very sketchy. I sure hope that the SEC doesn't have a bunch of questions, because that might be bad for the S-1.
