I think where people get confused with this company is that this is a company going through a restructuring. If you need to be restructured that means you are in a bad financial position. If you have good IP it can be done.
Bears are looking at this like its a normal operating company. We know all the flaws, that is typical for a company being restructured. The value gets unlocked when that is completed and they come out clean on the other side.
The balance sheet is all but cleaned up now and that is typically the biggest obstacle in a restructuring. Over 90% of the debt is now gone. We have an amazing asset in Radiogel. At the same time the company has been cleaning up the financial mess for the last 9 months, they've also been able to move RadioGel forward with the Isotherapeutics deal and their conversations with the FDA. Next will be to get some cash on the balance sheet. Again, ALL biotech/med device companies need to raise cash, so this isn't a negative. When cash finally does get raised its actually a catalyst bc the financial overhang has been removed and BK concerns are gone.
So when people come on here on a daily basis saying the same obvious things over and over it starts to get comical......they clearly don't understand the process
