Bean counters are a dime a dozen and Joliff isn't critical to the operations of the company. So if he's gone he's gone. The company pays outside auditors to do the filings and there aren't many financial recored to be kept that Jim couldn't do it himself for the time being until they complete a larger raise and get people back on the payroll.
