Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't jim being sued already by previous employees who didn't get paid for all their work at previous companies or even AMIC I believe? It would not be a surprise if Joliff leaves and then files a suit against AMIC following in the same footsteps as those before him; history tends to repeat itself... But hell, what's another lawsuit against AMIC/ Jim, they have to be becoming pros at them. At this point I would expect them to just have a personal attorney on retainer with all the drama surrounding them...
