Thx jmore... Great post. I actually agree with you on most of your points. Theres only one thing, I so agree with you on and it will be the Achilles heel here.

If BIEL's management does it well and execute a near perfect marketing strategy they will succeed.

So far they have made a lot of bad business deals. And as many of the companies you mention, most good ones learn over time. This seems to fall on deaf ears here. The problem here is time has made these guys not only continue to do the same things that hurts shareholders, they rarely change them to the benefit of investors. That will always keep a high level of frustration in this.

I personally think investors should push to get a management group to run the day to day operations, and drop this continual toxic family deal, and try before you have no options left. It will be a huge up hill climb, as 11 Billion A/S wont interest many with good intentions, with a good financing package. But to make it even worse, it gets a lot worse this next 12 months. Which is why youre seeing much larger increases at one time, now.

But im glad you see the big picture, and maybe, some will see this and band together and try to get this ship off the rocks before the Titanic hole rips wide open and its impossible to patch(pun). They can only hide behind being a new, small, young company in business, so long. Theyve actually been around almost 14 years. Will it hurt to try a new approach?

But I like your post, and hopefully soon, these types of things can quickly add to BIELs way of doing things, from today forward. Unfortunately, Im not sure it will.

As shareholders you have a say. Voice it. Not a year from now, cause its major crunch time right now. No one needs to storm the beaches of Normandy, but I think many realize they need to stop the senseless deals, that never helps anyone but a family member. Use that family dynamic once, and ask the CEO to work a deal that is fair and keeps some value towards shareholders and remove some of the, "oh well, were always 50% better than any shareholder, so we cant lose selling here". As much as I dont like the family setup here, it could actually work for shareholders if they would want to. See most toxic lenders arent family. They will step on you on the way out. By having this dynamic thats hurt for so long, use this and say, enough is enough... Let our shareholders benefit, and we'll figure how to let you still benefit more. If not, I can easily stay and this will easily always retrace back to its lows, it does every single time.

This stock needs a voice. And not a voice towards me. A voice to say, hey, we back you, we pay you, even the discounted rates, can we have one or two years and heal this pps. Youll get your money, but this approach would need less shares, and a much higher price to pay your debt with. If Andy, as I mentioned in other posts, had the Daddy/Daughter dynamic, where its still his kid, it would be like Dad asking for a favor, well after they made bank. If Andy dont stop this, it never stops. If you see 20 Billion shares this year, no FDA approval ever sees higher than 2 cents. If you own a share, you own a piece of this company. Demand you want a better showing from behind the curtains, as youve ponied up and made due on your part. If then they choose not to, RUN. RUN like hell cause you know youre screwed forever. Pinks are pinks and they get away with it cause most are corrupt. If you want legitimacy, you need a Dad to win over the family. Not Dad/Daughter wins over Asher/Magna deals. Yet here they act the same. Asher would never help a shareholder over them. You have a family member who can try, with this crazy debt scheme. Not many pinks get that dynamic. Why cant that be used for you, for a bit, than against you always? Cause in reality, the IBEX deal has done as much damage as an Asher deal. So at first, they would, but millions of dollars to them later, cant you get a break?

Im just saying. If not, this is doom for current investors. It gets worse before better. And new investors reap any rewards found later, over anyone here now.
