Small companies like BIEL do not have the sales and marketing resources necessary to do billions in sales annually. But that doesn't mean they cannot grow and become very successful within the market segment they are targeting as time progresses.
If BIEL's product is approved by the FDA, and it makes it to the the market their work is not done. They have to buy spots in the various market segments to grow and develop their customer base, in other words they have to spend money to promote their product and foster consumer awareness. We all know this isn't cheap. If BIEL's management does it well and execute a near perfect marketing strategy they will succeed.
That said, Rome wasn't built in a day, BIEL will grow incrementally with good management and eventually the PPS will reflect that growth. The PPS of BIEL today is reflective of shareholder sentiment, and I can tell you that they are many many companies out there whose stock is trading at a PPS way higher than its book value, IMO it's not unusual. The bottom like is this; The technicals i.e. 5x and divide by the ss to find the optimal value of BIEL is useless right now IMO. BIEL is a pinky. Anything goes.
Any by the way not many traders really care if BIEL is successful or not, as most traders holding BIEL are just here to make a massive mega return on their investment in a relative short period of time, and in the trading game the higher the possibility of returns the higher risk of losing one's entire investment. That's the nature of the beast.

Never fall in love with a stock, always do your own DD, trade wisely, and never invest what you can't afford to lose.
