I'm not feeling the good news from the 8k, to me it means no merger is imminent. It took this long to get to a potential candidate only to see it go by the wayside...... How long will the next target take? At least several months..... I was counting on a partner by mid-Nov, which now seems unlikely....

BTS, I was thinking The Deal had to be done in 2015 for the same reasons. Taxes and to get things On The Books for this year.
