123, this bugs me as well, kkr is a leveraged buyout expert. there are a hundred deals out there, why are they slow playing this, is it to collect huge fees? I was involved in a bain capital deal and that deal closed within 2 months. It was a sub of schering plough back in the day and the deal was about 300 million.
