I still contend a deal will be made by end of next month. If I am wrong on that, then definitely by EOY, but I think sooner. This deal MUST be locked in for tax purposes. It will need to be booked before the tax codes change dramatically in 2016 and the big boys know what is coming for taxes next year. Watch for a major deal soon.
