Do you *really* think I should be concerned about these water-soluble B vitamins? Which one(s)...? The 25 mg of B6, the 15 mg of Niacin, or the 250 mcg of B12...?

https://www.consumerlab.com/RDAs/
Recommended Dsily Intake Upper limits:
B3 (Niacin) 35 mg
B6 100 mg
B12, there is no established upper limit...

How much is really too much?

http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/QAA50582/can-too-much-vitamin-B-cause-problems.html

B3: "High doses of niacin (vitamin B3) can also cause problems, but you're not likely to run into trouble unless you're taking a total of 2000 to 3000 mg per day to lower cholesterol." That's right, 2-3 grams... there's *only* 15 mg in Performance Punch...

B6: "vitamin B6 can cause nerve toxicity although it usually doesn't cause problems in doses lower than 300 mg per day"... Performance Punch *only* has 25 mg...

B12: no upper limit, and Performance Punch *only* has 250 mcg...
