Best of luck with the thought,the penny markets changed because other government agencies became involved with funding their operations ,years ago the three blind mice of the s.e.c oversaw it and nobody cared cause they smacked your hand split the profits with you and sent you on your way,now the dept of justice is involved they first went after the means in which stocks got active,phase two is now underway in which they now go after how companies are funded and eventually will go after companies individually based on them just pulling up the daily list of most active stocks..
