I have a feeling with Reg A+ you're going to see the OTC get slowly cleaned up.

Unlikely. Reg A is a disaster. It just should have been junked. Form A-1 is a real bear. And if the company is doing a Tier II Reg A offering, it will likely end up having to make periodic financial reports to the SEC.

Why not just use Rule 506? Sheesh.
