Yes, it may have been sent to the attorneys, though usually sellers don't bother with that. It's also possible that an attorney might have attached it to a tradability opinion that went to Signature and the company. But that would be unusual.

Jason would have everything related to issuance of these shares (DWAC), including note, proof of payment (bank statement), issuance resolutions etc.

Don't forget MRC note for $1,5000,000 that aged in August 2015.
