Excel/Spoke: Just like you guys, I am not "happy" with the salary that these guys collect, but it is just unrealistic to think that someone would take a pay cut when they are not required to. I personally wouldnt (and most here wouuldnt, although they will never admit it). If fact this is very common with OTC companies. I was an investor in MPTT for the past few years where the CEO Hurley Reed made $300,000+ for a company with 4 employees, no revenue and lots of problems. There are countless examples of over paid CEOs in the OTC game. I am not happy with it either, but I am just suggesting its silly to expect that. In fact, Brad could easily suggest that he is already on a reduced salary and will only take an increase when they get revenue.

Y2k. I understand how you might think Brad would feel.

And I appreciate you looking at it from his shoes.

I have spoken directly to Brad about him and the rest taking a pay cut.

We went around and around the issue for quite some time.

That doesn't mean I don't like Brad and he knows that.

It does mean I think differently about the situation which he knows.

When you place yourself in a position to lead a company you already know you are going to get this type of concerns.
