My 2 cents for what it is worth lol, I am not sure where I really stand on this pay cut, but I do know as a human being with emotions and feelings if I was Brad and I was reading this board(which I really hope he is not)I would probably say to heck with this I don't need people insulting me and ridiculing me when they really do not know what I am doing and going thru to make this company successful. You do not like me, and want me to produce or step down, well then I am outta here find somebody else with my knowledge and contacts at this stage of the game and let them run this company.Anyway that is how I would feel if I was Brad. And that would be the absoulute worst thing that could ever happen to this company if Brad Ketch announced he was leaving.He said 4-8 months just a little more patience and we are there, let him finish and lets try showing support these last 2 months instead of blasting the guy.
