You know that Kubby was fired from CBIS for misappropriating company funds right? He was broke, had a drug problem and was trying to solicit unregistered shares when he couldn't borrow any more money. That was according to Dick Cowan, the former CFO and Kubby's close friend. Dr. Bob was also a good friend of Kubby through the Libertarian party.


He was butt hurt and tried to slander the company afterwards, which didn't get him too far either.

I'm not making excuses for anything that's transpired since but, the story should be told from both sides.
