That's because he is still working on it....He thought it was a go with Garry Johnson, but they parted ways recently... Showing him the door got Johnson's company (cbd*) out from under $3 million in debt that they incurred for "the rights to Steve Kubby's individually owned proprietary intellectual property and genetics". While he was there cbd* stock went from abou $9 per share to $1.20. Now looks like Kubby's trying to market them through some company called Kush.
