I appreciate your courtesy Nick. And you are a good cut above many of the people I have encountered here.

My point is simply: They claim to be doing research. They are not doing any actual research.

This is a stock scam, not a research company.

This is how stock scams operate. They make grandiose claims that of course! Everyone would want to invest in them.

However, Raymond Dabney in particular has a history of telling lies about his stock scams.

I do not see any evidence that Dabney has changed his ways. If victims are quickly recompensed, no doubt it is through a court-ordered trust?

I have seen no evidence that CBIS is engaged in anything legitimate.

I have seen they have a history of PRs that are false.

Frankly, this seems to be exactly what Dabney is doing now, with our company. I then advised our COO that we had a fiduciary responsibility to conduct an immediate, confidential internal investigation of Raymond Dabney...
The results of that investigation are in and it appears that the level of fraud and illegal activities, as well as bogus or incompetent filings, appears to be systemic.

I have posted this before. Perhaps you glossed over it? These allegations come from somebody who had intimate knowledge of CBIS' inner workings. Not some random observer. The CEO and founder of the company.

There are many red flags this company is not what it claims to be. I encourage you to look for them. And stay away from OTC scams. There is a legitimate, NYSE pharmaceutical company researching cannabis, if that's your thing.

OTC scams like CBIS trade in lies.
