how very telling >> all this smoke and mirrors *volume* on PTOI today .. and the colluders
couldn't even fill a 10,000 GTC in one go .. rather smoke and mirrors had to fill 10,000 shares via *4* trades

the first of those 4 was bundled into a duped 10k trade done @ the LOD .. other 10k fed to CSTI (3) @ 081 bypassed GTC @ 0818 >> in total ..
