Sting it's amazing how quickly you turn on someone who has left, Bill and now Kevin. I think you are getting your info from Peter, the headmaster in this scam. You have yet to find fault with him, why is that?
But, info gathered from filings does not lead me to think Kevin is a "disaster." It just means he didn't sign that one filing. Maybe he was out of the country on business.
I think you must be getting fed some info from someone from within, and that's OK. I don't have that info, so it's not possible for me to just write off Kevin at this time.
