I would agree that you can't draw that conclusion only from the filings.
Yet certain aspects of the very filings reveal bits of information.
I have varied sources both inside and outside of Phoenix. When in discussion, certain issues get certain responses and I try to opine on what I believe are the real issues. Some information is developed from drawing certain conlusions from discussions .
I am very inquisitive person, for I want know all I can about my investments.
Even though there has not been much to cheer about, some treal progress has been made in new technology. Being as informed as possible allows me to view my investment both positve and negatively. Yet with all the setbacks and turmoil of the past year, I feel real progress is n being made in some areas and that could bode well for us.
