But, info gathered from filings does not lead me to think Kevin is a "disaster." It just means he didn't sign that one filing. Maybe he was out of the country on business.
I think you must be getting fed some info from someone from within, and that's OK. I don't have that info, so it's not possible for me to just write off Kevin at this time.
