I'm with WSM and you on tighter editing.

I've posted this link before. I'd like to see it highlighted
in a box lit like a billboard on the NDOL header.

I never thought about this, whether or not ....

North-West actually had the financial means to pay $2.17 a share for Nord. I haven't seen this questioned before. Makes me wonder. Hmmmmmmmmm.

"To regain credibility the company should:

1) Post a scanned copy to their web site of the unsollicited offer by NWOG to purchase 100% of the common stock of NDOL;

2) Post to their web site the due diligence effected by the company or its lawyers and auditors proving that NWOG had the financial wherewithal to proceed with the purchase (the recently released financials in no way demonstrate that they were capable of so doing)."

I know I shouldn't reply. But whoever is paying you, Ed, needs to get refund.

1) That's just stupid.

2) You sound like you believe the published financials to be for the entire NW Oil Group (private). Why would a literate person think this? It's for 2 DIVISIONS, dude. The cash doesn't reside in an oil field division, but in the corporate division or with private investors who put the put the cash down when the deal is done. NW Oil has made public bids of much larger $$ for other, larger properties.

Oh, forget it. I'm just getting suckered in. The lies are so assinine, though! Stock manipulators are abhorrent...

Honest E. Let us know when you find an attorney to take your case. I love covering my bases in both directions. ;-)

Good god.

How many times do I have to reiterate this.

THIS COMPANY OWES YOU SQUAT FOR AN EXPLANATION !!!!

Do you guys act like this with any investment you make. Is part of your DD a 45 minute personal interview with the CEO?

You guys are so unrealistic in terms of what is owed to you and the level of personal attention desired.

Why are people still debating alleged conversations with company execs? We can't verify it, so we should treat is as untrue. If the company wants to communicate anything of substance, I surmise they may chose an official channel to do so.

Just go away. I did some reading on Exxon who claims that they have added 1.6B in reserves. Would you be interested in seeing the licenses? Are you knocking at their legal counsel's door to gain some insight.

They are management. They are appointed by the BOD, which in turn is voted in by majority shareholders. Guess what. You are not one of them. As a matter of fact, you have no right to much of anything aside from quarterly filings and periodical forms 8-k.

You can yell scam all you want. What proof do you offer for such an allegation?

Why don't you post your extensive research on the subject alongside the relevant passages in corporate law that would give you any legal grounds for such an accusation?

Until you do that, I will call you a huge scam.

Hope your attorney works on a contigency basis...
