I never thought about this, whether or not ....

North-West actually had the financial means to pay $2.17 a share for Nord. I haven't seen this questioned before. Makes me wonder. Hmmmmmmmmm.

"To regain credibility the company should:

1) Post a scanned copy to their web site of the unsollicited offer by NWOG to purchase 100% of the common stock of NDOL;

2) Post to their web site the due diligence effected by the company or its lawyers and auditors proving that NWOG had the financial wherewithal to proceed with the purchase (the recently released financials in no way demonstrate that they were capable of so doing)."
