I said this once and I'll repeat it one last time:
To regain credibility the company should:
1) Post a scanned copy to their web site of the unsollicited offer by NWOG to purchase 100% of the common stock of NDOL;
2) Post to their web site the due diligence effected by the company or its lawyers and auditors proving that NWOG had the financial wherewithal to proceed with the purchase (the recently released financials in no way demonstrate that they were capable of so doing).
In the absence of the abovementioned I really do believe this is a scam, and a monumental one at that!
You suggested (westeffer) that I hire an attorney if I felt so aggrieved. I am in the process of communicating with several shareholders who have suffered grave prejudice and we will decide on our course of action shortly.
