RB, you are wrong (again)... striking a deal with Amazon is NOT the same as signing up to be a seller. Amazon will be handling the distribution, which means that when you buy one from Amazon, Amazon is the one that will send it. Just like Neurosky is doing... you will see "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com". This is MUCH different then being an Amazon seller. Whether or not they actually tested the product would only be a guess on ANYONES part, until it can be confirmed/denied by MSI or Amazon.
