Solid points there. Maybe you could nudge Dave in the right direction with the KT crew if you know what I mean. It may not be appropriate, but it sounds like you have a solid grasp on the company, their mission and customer base (not to mention their insane work ethic). Even if Dave does not respond due to some agreement, he could benefit from your personal knowledge. Any bit helps a green CEO. ;)
Good post. What gets me is that Dave should have tried this and other incentives to lure customers a long time ago.. Not sure this guy knows what he is doing...we pay the price for his ignorance. glta
