Web -overall I find your posts informative and an interesting read. However in this case I have a disagreement with how the Company is managing it s public affairs.

The Management of this Public Company, as with all public entities, is supposed to be running a Business on behalf of Shareholders and Investors that deposited Money into that Business. Those Shareholders and Investors have a RIGHT to know what is happening with their Company. The Officers of the Company have certain OBLIGATIONS in this regard.

There is a great deal of negative history concerning this Company as has been expressed by many. IMO in order to attract the Investment Community interest they must present a comprehensive storyline, a Business Plan that is fully understood and act with decisive leadership.

While this seemingly was the track that they had started in September, with Dan s appointment, they seem to have lost their way.

Great post. Tired of the incessant "missed a deadline" and "Dan is being sued" posts.

True, legitimate investors only care about the biz plan and next step is the Chance report. I'll admit I was expecting it this week but I'm a patient guy. I can wait until next week, or the week after... It's coming regardless of when one expects it, aka "any day now."

People that asked IR for the status of the report were told that they were needing the qp to make a site visit. IR never said that the report would be out on x date

The IR was reported as stating the report would be done in January or unlikely as late as Feb.

So here is the issue...
Is the statement true or is it a lie?

If it is true then the IR did give a date.

If it is true and the IR said this to someone who they KNOW will make it public, then they should live by their statement and tell the public why it did not happen when it was supposed to.

Obviously, they had the money to pay Chance for the report. It is then expected they would list niostar as a separate listing.

This statement is the outcome of the issue above.

Did the IR state that they HAVE paid for the Chance report?

It is assumed that they have but if they haven't then the Chance report is anything but an "any day now" event.

Again... If the IR stated this then they need to let the shareholders know why it hasn't happened since... "any day" started 4 months ago.

I can't count the times that question has been raised over the past years, but srsr is still kicking 7 years later when many others have closed up shop.

Someone who is brain dead is kicking more than SRSR has in the past 4 years.

Having a business license does not mean a business is still kicking.
Scott could close the door permanently and there would be no difference between today and the last 4 years.

"Kicking" means something is moving and nothing has moved here since the CTO.

I and others have inferred that most of the report should have been written due to the author previous visit to the property and having previous writing the NI. So, the guess is that it's nearly finished, which is a reasonable guess in my estimations.

Nobody say that mgmt said it would be out on x date. It is an inference based on the previous visit, and that much of the new data could be added to the report in advance of the visit.

Again this is rumor and if it is true the IR owes the shareholders an explanation.

My biggest issue with this company is Dan actually. He KNOWS what kind of BS is spread to the public and he allows it to continue by giving bits and pieces of info to those he knows will exaggerate them and infer all kinds of hope that things are happening "any day now"


You are 100% correct that the management has not given "x" dates.
They have only implied "any day now" statements and let the message boards run with it.

Dan needs to come out and give those dates. Even as an estimation ANY date would stop the entire conversation. The rumors and lies would stop and so would me pointing them out.

I appreciate your posts Web. You tend to state factual information and very rarely will I question it. But you are also a victim of the "IR said" assumptions.

That is because the IR is not saying enough.
