Obviously, it's taken a while to put together. This was likely due to the inclement weather and difficulty arranging a site visit.
To me, 2 months is a reasonable expectation for completion of the report. I hoped for less, since the author had previously visited the property. But, there are critics saying it's more important to do it right than to do it quick.
I don't think it's newsworthy for the company to pr that it was a snowy winter, but it's clear that was the case.
The NI report is an "any day now, there I said it" event. Could be tomorrow or next month, but it's coming.
You criticized where the money was spent but there were 4 holes drilled and assayed, and a gyroscopic survey. That alone would eat a good part of the budget. Point is that the report is coming and is a prerequisite to completion of the subsequent steps in the plan.
