Meh.
Either mgmt gives a timeline and people complain about it becoming a tradeable event whether it comes to pass or doesn't.
Or, mgmt says it's being worked on but doesn't give a firm date. Then, ppl complain that a date wasnt set and want to know how long.
So, then people make fairly reasonable assumptions to give those who don't want to ask the question to where it should be directed, but then still want to complain.
I think most here get that it's speculation.
Most here know the plan as outlined in the shareholder letter. We know the NI is next up, so there's nothing to do but wait and most are content to do so.
People that asked IR for the status of the report were told that they were needing the qp to make a site visit. IR never said that the report would be out on x date.
I and others have inferred that most of the report should have been written due to the author previous visit to the property and having previous writing the NI. So, the guess is that it's nearly finished, which is a reasonable guess in my estimations.
Nobody say that mgmt said it would be out on x date. It is an inference based on the previous visit, and that much of the new data could be added to the report in advance of the visit.
Meh about sums it up for me.
