jjff, Thanks a whole lot for your hard work and sharing with the board... those of us that are so far away and don't understand these proceedings! Really, THANKS!

But I have a few questions and please forgive my ignorance/confusion in these matters.

1. Just what is this case about?
2. Win or lose, how will this affect IDCC's previous court victory against ZTE, if at all?
3. What does IDCC have to gain in a win, or lose in a loss in this case?

Thanks in advance to anyone and all that can add some clarity to this.

not that i am a grammar expert in the least, but you said in your reply

Previous ZTE infringement NOR their many other ongoing litigations were discussed!

You said NOR which would mean to me that they WERE NOT discussed, but you ended it with WERE discussed which tells me they were.

Just for some clarifications were they brought up at trial or not
