All indications I've heard and read are that there is no love lost between Fan and Olsen. Fan feels ripped off, and he's right. Of course, anyone buying $13 million of stock should have done adequate DD, which he did not. That is unbelievable, but then again, Olsen was telling shareholders come pretty unbelievable things.
