I don't see the FA going forward. It would be way more expensive, than Fan could collect following the completion of same.

IMO the inclusion of the FA was just designed to further keep shareholders satiated and at arms length, a rouse in the ongoing TMM saga.

Further, IMO Fan was not nearly so incompetent to step into QBID/QTN as it has been indicated he did. QTN/QBID was essentially finished by then, the Fan arrival, rouse, facilitated billions of more shares dumped, until the o/s finally maxed out.

Mr Transparency never emerged, he was just another front.
