I disagree. I think Frank should still lead Q; he's charismatic, knowledgable, and has vision.

But he's simply a disaster for investor relations. He's incoherent and self-contradicting, uninformed, and clearly has no finance or accounting training. And on top of that he's blown all his credibility.
