Mickey, how do you think I got money to buy IDCC shares? I've owned rental property all my adult life. Really made good on a 20 unit apartment building about 20 years ago. Still have 2 rentals. At 62, I'm still waiting for IDCC to monetize so I can retire in comfort. Although it wouldn't break me to sell right now. JMO
